摘要
利用参数化设计与关联设计思想,集成注塑模顶针设计知识,在UG三维设计软件平台上,开发顶针自动化设计模块。模块能快速布局顶针位置、干涉检查、自动计算长度、智能实现止转定位、快速建腔、自动出工程图以及为后续出顶针孔表、BOM提供接口,极大提高了注塑模设计效率与可靠性。
Based on parametric design, associated design and the knowledge of eiector design in injection mould, an au- tomated method of ejector design was created on UG platforrrL The module can lay the positions of ejector quickly, check interference and calculate length automatically, identify the type of ejector intelligently, fast form pocket, make drawing automatically and provide interface for the further steps of forming hole table and BOM. The case study shows that this method raises the efficiency and the reliability of design.
