摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜-能谱分析,研究了S38MnSiV非调质钢曲轴制造过程中裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,曲轴前端裂纹的出现是由锻造过程中产生的折叠缺陷引起;而连杆轴颈裂纹的产生是由于钢中存在氧化铝夹杂,精磨过程中,在轴颈引起应力集中所致。针对裂纹产生的原因,提出相应的技术改进措施。
By using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometry, the mechanisms of crack formation during manufacturing microalloyed forging steel S38MnSiV crankshaft were analyzed. The results show that the crack at the crankshaft front end is caused by laps defect, and the crack at the crank pin is due to stress concentration of alumina inclusion at the surface of crank pin during finish grinding processing. Based on the crack formation mechanisms, technical precaution measures are proposed to avoid the cracks.
