摘要 以垂花百合(Lilium cernum)的花器官(花瓣、花托、子房)为外植体进行组织培养,结果表明,3种花器官外植体的愈伤组织的诱导能力和分化能力各不相同,花瓣愈伤组织的诱导率及分化率最高,分别可达57.65%和81.12%;诱导愈伤组织由易到难依次为花瓣>花托>子房;花瓣外植体诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1,子房外植体诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1,花托外植体诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.2mg·L-1;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.3mg·L-1+AC 0.5g.L-1。 The petal, ovary and receptacle of Lilium cernurn were used as explants for in vitro culture. The results showed that the rates of callus induction and differentiation of three kinds of floral organ explants were different. The petals had the highest callus induction and differentiation rates, with 57. 65% and 81.12%, respectively. The order from easy to difficult of callus induction was petal〉receptacle〉ovary. The optimum medium for petal explants callus induction and differentiation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg·L^-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1. The optimum medium for ovary explants callus induction and differentiation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1-NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1. The optimum medium for receptqacle explants callus induction and differentiation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1 +NAA 0.2 mg·L^-1. The optimum medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+BA 1.0 mg· L +NAA0.3mg·L^-1+AC0.5mg·L^-1.
