国外政治技能最新研究进展述评被引量：15

摘要政治技能作为一种重要的人际交往能力,已经引起组织管理研究者的广泛关注。本文通过系统梳理政治技能最新研究成果,详细阐述了政治技能的概念界定和结构测量,重点从政治技能的影响因素与影响效应两个方面对现有研究进行了述评,最后指出了已有研究的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
