摘要
目的 研究苦葛Puerariapeduncularis (Grah .exBenth .)Benth .根的化学成分。 方法 用各种色谱技术进行分离 ,得到 3个五环三萜化合物 ,用IR ,MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR(DEPT) ,HMQC ,HMBC ,NOESY和NOE差谱鉴定化合物。结果 经光谱鉴定化合物 1为 3 O [β D 吡喃葡糖基 (1→ 3) O β D 吡喃葡糖醛酸基 ] 15α 羟基齐墩果 12烯 16 酮 ,化合物 2为 3β,15α 二羟基齐墩果 12烯 16 酮 ,化合物 3为 3β ,16 β 二羟基齐墩果 12烯 15 酮。 结论 1和 3为新化合物 ,1被命名为苦葛皂苷A ,3被命名为苦葛二醇 。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Pueraria peduncularis (Grah. ex Benth.) Benth.. METHODS Compounds were isolated by using various kinds chromatography. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS The structures of three pentacyclic triterpenoids were elucidated as 3 O [β D glucopyranosyl(1→3) O β D glucuronopyranosyl] 15α hydroxy olean 12 en 16 one (1), 3β,15α dihydroxy olean 12 en 16 one (2) and 3β,16β dihydroxy olean 12 en 15 one (3). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 and 3 were shown to be new compounds, 1 was named peduncularisaponin A, 3 was named peduncularisadiol, 2 was isolated for the first time from the root of this plant.
