摘要
以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酰胺基二乙酸(MAIDA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为原料合成了MAA-MAIDA-SMAS三元共聚物。通过红外、核磁、热重分析和静态光散射测定了共聚物的结构、热稳定性能和分子质量。研究了单体配比、反应温度对碳酸钙阻垢率的影响;对比了不同添加量下,共聚物与市售阻垢剂对碳酸钙阻垢效果的差异。
MAA-MAIDA-SMAS terpolymer has been synthesized with methacrylic acid (MAA),methacryloyl iminodiacetic acid (MAIDA) and sodium methylallyl sulfonate (SMAS). Its structure, thermal stability and molecular mass are determined by FTIR, 1H NMR, TGA and MALLS. The effects of monomer ratio, and reaction temperature on the scale inhibiting rate of calcium carbonate are studied. With different dosages, the difference of calcium carbonate scale inhibiting efficiencies between the terpolymer and commercial scale inhibitors are contrasted.
