杂交稻与亲本稻米镉含量的相关性初步研究 被引量:4

Correlation of F_1 Hybrids to Their Parents in Cadmium Content in Rice Grains

摘要 选用5个不育系与6个恢复系及其按照NCⅡ交配设计配制的30个杂交稻组合为材料,分析了杂交稻组合稻米镉含量与其亲本稻米镉含量的相关性。结果表明:恢复系间、保持系间、杂交组合间稻米镉含量差异均达极显著水平;杂交稻组合稻米镉含量与母本稻米镉含量呈显著正相关(r=0.378 7*),与父本稻米镉含量及父母本稻米镉含量平均值相关不显著。说明选育镉吸收量低的杂交水稻组合,不育系的选择比恢复系更为重要。 Using 30 F1 hybrids derived from 5 CMS lines and 6 restorer lines of rice by the 5 x 6 NC H mating design, together with their 11 parents (The CMS lines were substituted by their corresponding maintainer lines) as the materials, the correlation of cadmium content in rice grains between F1 hybrids and parents were analyzed. The resuits showed that there all existed a significant difference at the 1% level in cadmium content of grains among restorer lines, among maintainer lines and among F1 hybrids. The correlation coefficient of cadmium content of grains between F1 hybrids and female parents was 0.378 7, significant at the 5% level, while those between F1 hybrids and male parents and between F1 hybrids and the means of male and female parents were 0. 186 0 and 0.354 8, respectively, both not significant at the 5% level. It is concluded that it is more important to select CMS lines with lower cadmium content of grains in breeding of low cadmium content hybrid rice.
