摘要
正温度系数(PTC)电阻是一种具有温度敏感性的半导体电阻,利用PTC电阻取代普通电阻加热材料,有可能成为航天器主动热控的一种新手段。文章建立了电加热主动控温的实验系统,对PTC电阻和普通电阻的热控性能进行了对比实验研究,研究结果表明:由于PTC电阻具有电阻随温度升高而快速增大的特性,与普通电阻热控系统相比,PTC电阻热控系统具有控温精度高、自适应能力强等优点。此文的研究结果对于利用PTC电阻实现精确温度控制具有一定的指导价值。
PTC resistance is a kind of thermo-sensitive material with positive temperature coeffi- cient. Using PTC resistors to replace the ordinary resistive materials may become a new means of spacecraft active thermal control. In this article an electric heating active temperature control system is built to study the thermal control performance of PTC resistors and its comparison with the ordinary resistors. The results show that compared with the ordinary resistance of the ther- mal control system, the resistance of PTC resistors increases rapidly with the temperature increa- ses, so the PTC resistor thermal control system have higher temperature control precision and higher temperature control adaptability. The research results have a certain guiding significance for the use of PTC resistance to achieve high-precision temperature control.
