锅炉一次风机振动故障的诊断及处理

贵州赤天化纸业股份有限公司热电车间#1、#2循环流化床锅炉(75t·h-1)的一次风机为悬臂式T10-20№18D、7-4511.5DWX、Y5-51-20D高压离心风机,自2007年10月投产运行以来一直平稳良好。2011年10月#1锅炉一次风机振动突然剧烈,对锅炉安全运行造成较大威胁,经过多专业技术人员现场仔细检查观察,进行多次综合分析,并采取针对性措施进行处理,最终消除设备故障,使设备运行转危为安。

The primary air fans for #1 and #2 circulation fluiding bed boiler （75t·h-1） in thermoelectricity department of Guizhou Chitianhua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. are T10-200.18D, 7-4511.5DWX, Y5-51-20D cantalever high pressure centrifugal fans. They run smooth and stable since start up in October 2007. But in October 2011, the vibration of primary air fan for #1 boiler was raised badly and suddenly, which threatened the safe）, operation of boiler. Under the thorough checking and observe from multispecialities engineers on job site and integrated analyzing time after time, the solution measures and eliminating fault were implemented. Finally, the fault was eliminated and the equipment turned the corner.
