摘要
采用Fenton氧化技术深度处理经二级生化处理后的造纸中段废水,研究各因素对废水CODCr去除率的影响。通过实验确定了最佳反应条件,即反应时间30min、H2O2反应浓度0.5mL·L-1、FeSO4反应浓度1.0g·L-1、pH6.0。在该条件下,废水CODCr的去除率达到81.14%;同时,还探讨回调pH石灰乳的用量约为3.70mL·L-1,最终使该造纸厂的污水能达标排放。
The Fenton oxidation technology was adopt to treat papermaking middle-stage wastewater which had been handled by secondary biochemical process. The factors that effect the removal efficiency of CODcr were investigated. The removal rate reached up to 81.14% under the optimized conditions that the reaction time was 30 min, H2O2 concentration was 0.5 mL·L-1, FeSO4 concentration was 1.0 g·L-1, reaction was pH 6.0. Meanwhile, the consumption of lime milk which were used to adjust pH was about 3.7 mL·L-1. Ultimately, the effluent of paper mill can be discharged up to state standard.
