摘要 目的 探讨Nd :YAG激光晶状体前囊膜切除术后暂时性眼压升高的发生机制 ,观察丹参和维生素E对眼压升高的影响。方法  2 4只兔 ( 4 8只眼 )随机分为 4组 ,药物组激光手术前后应用丹参和维生素E。定期观察激光术后眼压和房水内丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。结果 激光术后发生暂时性眼压升高并伴随房水内MDA含量明显增加。药物组术后房水内MDA含量无明显增加并且术后暂时性眼压升高的幅度明显降低。结论 激光前囊膜切除术后暂时性眼压升高与术后房水内MDA含量增加有关 ,手术前后应用丹参和维生素E对暂时性眼压升高有防治作用。 ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of transient rise of the intraocular pressure(IOP) after Nd:YAG laser anterior capsulotomy and to observe the effect of using salva miltiorrhiza(SM) and vitamin E on the transient rise of IOP.Methods24 rabbits (48 eyes) were divided randomly into four groups,using salva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E before and after operation in the drug group.The relationship between the changes of IOP and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in aqueous were observed regularly after Nd:YAG laser anterior capsulotomy.ResultsThe transient rise of IOP was seen after operation.Following the postoperative transient rise of IOP,the concentration of MDA in the aqueous was markedly increased.When salva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E were used before and after operation,the concentration of MDA and the IOP were not markedly increased.ConclusionsThe transient rise of IOP after the laser anterior capsulotomy is related to the increase of concentration of MDA in the aqueous.Using salva miltiorrhiza and vitamin E before and after operation can effectively prevent the postoperative transient rise of IOP.
