高职院校学生法律素养培育模式初探

Discussion on Cultivation Mode of Legal Literacy for Vocational College Students

国家"六五"普法规划明确将青少年作为法制宣传教育的重点对象,强调加强高等学校普法教育,要引导大学生牢固树立社会主义法治理念。本文以天津某高职学院为例,旨在分析该校学生法律素养现状的基础上提出几点关于高职院校学生法律素养培育模式的建议,以期逐步推进大学生社会主义法治理念的形成,不断提高高职院校向社会输送的人才质量。

The national ＂Sixth Five-Year Plan＂ of legal literacy explicitly defines youngsters as the key target of the law publicity and education,makes an emphasis on strengthening legal education in universities and colleges,and guides college students to firmly establish the socialist legal concept.Taken a vocational college as an example,the paper,on the basis of analyzing the students＇ legal literacy status,aims to make a few suggestions on cultivation mode of legal literacy in vocational colleges in the hope of gradually promoting the formation of the students＇ socialist concept of the rule of law,and constantly improving the quality of cultivating talented graduates for the society.
