文章从人性化教育的角度主要分析在新的形势下,如何让开放大学更好地为市民服务。如何切实有效地开放市民所需的学习资源,建立行之有效地长效机制激励市民更多更好地进行自主学习。指导工作人员树立全新的服务理念。以期达到良好效果并实现最终目标。

From the perspective of humane education,the paper makes a major analysis on how to better serve the public by means of open universities in the new situation and how to provide effectively learning resources required by the public so as to establish effective long-term mechanism to motivate the public with more and better autonomous learning.It is suggested that the staff be guided to form a brand-new service concept in the hope of attaining good results and achieving the ultimate goal.
