摘要
痕迹检验是刑事科学技术的重要组成部分,运用自然科学和社会科学的相关原理与方法,发现、记录、提取、识别、检验和鉴定与犯罪活动有关的痕迹物证,以揭露、证实犯罪。文章从痕迹检验学科的研究对象、原理、方法、程序谈其自然科学属性,以期痕迹检验人员更加自觉地运用自然科学的立场、观点、研究方法和技术,更多地发现痕迹检验学科的本质规律,探索痕迹检验新的工作方法和技术,更加深入地挖掘痕迹检验学科的自然科学属性。
Trace verification is an important part in the criminal science and technology,which makes a discovery,records,extraction,identification,inspection and verification of the traces of evidence related to criminal activities by means of the principles and methods of the natural and social sciences in order to expose and prove the crimes.The paper illustrates its natural scientific properties from the subjects,the principles,the methods and the procedures of the study in order to aid more verifiers in applying consciously their stand,viewpoints,research methods and technology of the natural sciences,finding out the essential rules of the trace verification,exploring new verifying methods and techniques,and discovering more in-depth natural science disciplines property in trace verification.
