摘要
目的分析平塘县2001-2010实施现代结核病控制策略的效果。方法收集2001-2010年结核病项目工作报表及相关资料,按项目工作手册的要求,对结核病患者的登记及治疗管理情况进行统计分析。结果 2001-2010年,平塘县结防机构共发现并免费治疗肺结核病患者3 519例,其中初治涂阳患者1 128例,治愈1 063例,治愈率94.2%,复治涂阳患者126例,治愈90例,治愈率71.4%,新发涂阴患者2 265例,治疗成功率97.7%。结论2001-2010年平塘县结核病治愈率保持较高,应进一步加强病例发现工作,切实开展结核病健康促进工作,有效落实现代结核病控制策略。
Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of modern tuberculosis （TB） control strategy in Pingtang county in 2001 -2010. Methods Data from work reports and relative resources of TB program from 2001 to 2010 were collected, and registered patients and status of treatanent management were statistically analyzed under the instruction of project manual. Results From 2001 to 2010, totally 3 519 TB cases were found and treated for free in TB control agencies in Pingtang county. Among the total, 1 128 cases of smearpositive patients received initial treatment, with a cure rate of 94.2% ; 126 cases of smear positive patients received retreatment, with a cure rate of 71.4 % ; and 2 265 new cases of smear - negative patients were treated, with cure rate of 97.7%. Conclusion The annual cure rates remained at a high level through 2001 -2010; yet measures such as case screening and health promotion should be further strengthened so as to effectively practice the modern TB control strategies.
