微污染水体夜间曝气控藻效果研究 被引量:3

EFFECT OF ALGAE CONTROL OF MICRO POLLUTED WATER BY NIGHT AERATION

摘要 设计和开发了一种适用于小城镇的曝气控藻设备,通过底泥围隔实验,研究了夜间曝气对微污染水体的治理效果。结果表明:曝气可以有效抑制氮素循环中反硝化作用和底泥向上覆水中释放磷元素,对氮、磷营养元素的抑制率高达80%;曝气对叶绿素a浓度影响极其显著(p<0.01);曝气能有效抑制藻类增长,并防止围隔内的藻类优势种转变为容易引发"水华"的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)。 A kind of aeration device of algal control was designed and developed,which was suitable for ecological restoration of contaminated water bodies in small towns.The impact of night aeration on nutrient elements,as well as the effect of algae control were studies through sediment barricading experiment.Results showed that aeration could effectively inhibit the denitrification of nitrogen cycle and the release of phosphorus from sediment to overlying water.The suppression ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus could be up to 80%.Meanwhile,aeration had a significant impact on the amount of chlorophyll a(p0.01) and had the power of inhibiting the growth of algae effectively.Besides,the disturbance due to artificial aeration could change algae dominant species and prevent blue bloom algae,Microcystis aeruginosa,from being happened water bloom.
