摘要
膜污染问题直接影响MBR工艺的稳定性和经济性,是制约其发展的一个重要因素,而胞外聚合物则被认为是MBR膜污染中的优先污染物。在分析胞外聚合物组成特征与生理功能的基础上,阐述了底物、pH、温度、DO、SRT和污泥负荷等不同反应条件对胞外聚合物生成特性的影响及其膜污染机制,并总结了优化操作条件、调控混合液、清洗膜组件等减缓胞外聚合物所引起的膜污染的措施。
Membrane fouling in MBR directly affects the stability and economy of the process,which is an important factor that restricts the development of MBR.EPS are currently considered as the major cause of membrane fouling in MBR.Based on the analysis of composition characteristics and physiological functions of EPS,a review concerning the different reaction conditions,such as the substrate,pH,temperature,DO,SRT,and sludge loading,on the formation characteristics,and influencing on membrane fouling of EPS is given.The measures for membrane fouling control by EPS were summarized,optimized the operating conditions,regulation of the mixture,cleaning membrane,for example.
