摘要
本钢钢渣资源化项目建成前,本溪钢铁集团的钢渣处理一直是采用热泼和炉前粒化相结合的方式。由于处理方法的问题,渣铁分离不好,造成了大量渣钢流失,尾渣无法利用,污染环境并且占用大量的土地。介绍了本钢钢渣资源化项目中选用热闷法及热闷装置处理转炉钢渣,经过两年的生产实践,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Before the completion of the steel slag utilization projects of Benxi Iron and Steel Group,steel slag has been treated by the combination of heat pour method and granulation in front of furnace.As a result of processing methods,slag-iron were not separaed well,which caused the waste of a large amount of steel slag,tailings could not be used,resulting in pollution of the environment and occupying large land.This paper introduced the steel slag resources project,for which hot stuffy and hot sealing device of converter were used to treat the steel slag,after two years of practice,good economic and social benefits were achieved.
