摘要
采用旋转流变仪研究了PET/PPBBA阻燃复合材料的流变行为。流变曲线结果分析表明:PET/PPBBA复合材料为假塑性流体,呈现出切力变稀的现象;阻燃剂PPBBA的加入增大了PET/PPBBA复合材料的储能模量和损耗模量;用Han方法看出复合材料没有发生相分离。时间扫描发现,复合材料的储能模量随着时间的增加而增大。
The dynamical theological behaviors of PET/PPBBA flame-retardant composite was studied by using rotational rheometer. The analysis results of the rotational rheological curves showed that PET/PPBBA composite was pseudo plastic fluid,and all specimens exhibited shear thinning behavior. The storage modulus and loss modulus of PET/PPBBA composite were increased after the incorporation of PPBBA. The phase separation did not occur for the composite as demonstrated by the analysis of the Han method. The results from time scanning revealed that the storage modulus of the composite increased with the change of time.
