摘要
文章利用Moldflow软件确定模具的最佳浇口位置,并且设置了过程工艺参数。通过对成型过程的模拟分析,得出了塑件充填不满以及发生翘曲的主要原因。根据分析的结果,采取相应的优化设计方案,得到合理的结果。这种利用CAE软件对模具进行优化设计的方法,大大缩短了开发周期,提高了生产效率。
The best mould gate location was determined and the process parameters were set by using Moldflow software. Through to the analysis of the forming process simulation. It was concluded that the main reason for filling dissatisfaction and buckling deformation with the plastic parts. According to analysis results, the corresponding measures were applied. The optimized design method with CAE software could greatly shorted development time and increased production efficiency.
