摘要 文章阐述了大型、精密注射模具的三维非稳态冷却分析理论基础,通过Moldflow分析软件验证冷却水道直径与流量之间的关系,同时对有限元分析结果与理论计算进行比较,分析了误差产生原因,主要是过程中的模型误差和计算误差,并提出了减小误差的措施。 The three-dimentional unsteady cooling process analyzed. The relationship between the diameter and flow volume of the large and sophisticated injection mold had been of water channels had been verified through the Moldflow software analysis. By comparing the difference between the theoretical and experimental results, the main reason for the origin of the model and calculation error had been discussed and the measures of decreasing the errors had been also proposed.
