三种灌注药物预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效观察

Clinical results of three different intravesical instillation agents for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor

目的 :探讨几种常用灌注药物预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 :将 93例患者分为 3组 ,第一组用丝裂霉素 C 2 0 mg,第二组用卡介苗 (BCG) 6 0 m g,第三组用 BCG6 0 m g加白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 ) 10 0 0 0 u行膀胱灌注。结果 :随访 6～ 72个月 ,平均 30 .5个月 ,肿瘤复发率第一组为 2 4.1% (7/ 2 9) ,第二组为 2 0 .0 % (6 / 30 ) ,第三组为8.8% (3/ 34)。第三组与前两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :丝裂霉素 C、BCG及 BCG加 IL - 2膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发 ,疗效十分肯定 ,其中 BCG加 IL -

Purpose:To study the clinical results of three different intravesical instillation agents for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor. Methods:93 cases of patients with bladder cancer were devided into three groups: group 1 received 20 mg MMC intravesical instillation postoperatively, group 2 received 60 mg BCG, and group3 received a combination of 10 000 unites of IL-2 and 60 mg BCG. Follow up ranged from 6 to 72 months, with a mean time of 30.5 months. Results: The recurrence rate was 24.1 %(7/29) in group l, 20.0 %(6/30) in group 2, and 8.8%(3/34) in group 3. The defference between group 3 and the other 2 groups is of great significance( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions:The results revealed that all the three different intravesical instillation agents are effecticve for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor, and that the combination of 10 000 unites of IL-2 and 60 mg BCG are more effective.
