摘要
从病死犬病料中分离到1株类志贺邻单胞菌,并对该茵做了生理生化鉴定、药敏试验,致病性试验。结果表明,本菌对多种抗生素耐药,其庆大霉素耐药机制与所携带的质粒相关;本菌对小白鼠有强致病性,其LD_(50)为1.6×10^(7.4)CFU。用PCR方法扩增分离菌株16S rDNA基因并测序,并将其与GenBank上其他细菌16S rDNA核苷酸序列进行同源性分析。结果表明,分离株的16S rDNA核苷酸序列与类志贺邻单胞茵(GQ359962.1)的同源性为98%,因此将该分离菌株鉴定为致病性肠球菌,命名为YN-1株(云南-1株)。
A Plesiomonas shigelloides strain was isolated from samples of dog died of illness. Then physiological and biochemical identification, drug sensitivity tests and pathogenic tests were used to test the biological characteristics of Plesiomonas shigelloides. Drug sensitivity tests showed that the isolated strain is seriously multiple drug resistance, the mechanism of resistance to gentamycin is associated with its palsmids. Pathogenic tests showed that the bacteria are high pathogenic to mice and the LD50 of the bacteria is 1.6× 10^7CFU. 16S rDNA gene(1 415 bp fragment) was amplified and sequenced , the 16S rDNA sequence homology between the isolation strain and strain Plesiomonas shigelloides (GQ35996.2) in GenBank was 98%. So the isolated strain was identified as pathogenic Plesiomonas shigelloides and named as YN-lstrain.
