促黄体素受体LHR的一种剪接体在牛黄体不同发育时期表达量差异的研究

Expression of luteinizing hormone receptor in different stages of bovine corpus luteum

摘要 利用TaqMan-MGB探针实时荧光RT PCR检测方法,对牛黄体中促黄体素受体(luteinizing hotmone recep-tor,LHR)的一种剪接体(F类)在黄体4个不同发育时期(前,中,后,末)的相对表达差异进行了分析。同时将Re-al-time PCR中获得的数据用Realplex软件进行相对基因表达差异分析,应用SPSS软件对结果进行统计学分析。结果表明,LHR的F类剪接体在牛黄体发育的4个时期中,中期表达量是前期的0.535倍,后期表达量达到最高,是前期的5.65倍,末期显著下降是前期的0.011 6倍,各个时期LHR的F类剪接体表达量间存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。 A splice variant expression of luteinzing hormone receptor (LHR) in different stages of bovine corpus luteum was analyzed by real-time RT-PCR detection systems based on TaqMan-MGB probes. The results indicated that, the comparative quantities of the splice expression in different stages of bovine corpus luteum showed a marked difference. Compared with prophase, the metaphase expression is a marked 0. 535-fold, the latter stage is 5.65 times, the end stage cant decline 0. 011 6 times. LHR expression was significant differences among the four stages (P〈 0.01).
