摘要
目的建立麝香风湿片中乌头碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Agilent C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(含0.04%三乙胺)(68∶32);流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长:235 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果乌头碱在0.200 6~20.06μg/mL浓度范围与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,最低检测限约为2 ng,平均回收率为97.7%。结论此方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等特点,适合于麝香风湿片中乌头碱的含量测定。
Purpose To develop a method for deteminating aconitine in Shexiang Fengshi tablets by HPLC. Methods The Agilent C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used. With a mobile phase of metha- nol-0.05 % phosphoric acid solution ( contained 0.04% triethylamine) ( 68 : 32 ), the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 235 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,and the injection was 10μL. Results The linearity of peak area was good in the range of 0. 200 6-20. 06 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 97.7%. Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate. The results of experiment were satisfactory.
