透明质酸应用于干细胞培养的研究进展

摘要 透明质酸是一种广泛存在于细胞基质中的大分子酸性黏多糖,是一种重要的细胞外基质成分,具有良好的生物相容性和力学特性,体内可自行降解,同时通过与细胞表面受体结合,直接影响组织构建,促进细胞迁移以及胞外基质重构。研究表明透明质酸具有影响体外培养干细胞的黏附、迁移、增殖、老化及分化的能力。本文对透明质酸用于干细胞培养的最新研究进展进行综述。
