摘要
通过分析水资源承载能力的主要影响因素,以武汉市为例,提出了武汉市水资源承载能力评价指标体系,合理确定指标标准值,并建立了基于可变模糊识别的水资源承载能力评价模型,采用可变模糊集理论计算样本指标对各级别指标标准值区间的相对隶属度,指标权重通过主客观相结合途径确定,即准则层指标权重采用层次分析法确定,指标层指标采用熵值法确定。结果表明,武汉市水资源承载能力属于中等水平。
By analyzing the main influencing factors of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC), the evaluation in- dictors system is put forward by taking Wuhan city as an example. Standard values of indictors for WRCC are determined reasonably and the evaluation model of WRCC is established based on variable fuzzy recognition. The variable fuzzy sets theory is used to calculate the relative membership degree between sample indictor and standard value interval of each level indictor. The weights of indictors are determined by combining the subjective and objective way, which means the weights of rule layer indicators determined by analytic hierarchy process and the weights of indicator layer indicators determined by entropy value method. The results show that WRCC of Wuhan city belongs to medium level.
