摘要
基于我国阀门设计水平和生产工艺等研究工作存在的不足,对数字化虚拟仿真体系结构进行了研究。基于SolidWorks进行阀门自顶向下的数字化建模,并借助Actify软件实现模型信息展示,所设计的系统可让用户在计算机上了解阀门的结构特性、运动特性和动作特性,特别是设备的拆装与维修功能演示,对避免因人为失误导致的设备损坏具有非常重要的作用,为行业的发展提供了先进的科学技术支撑。
Based on the deficiencies of valve design and production process in China, this paper studies the digital vir- tual simulation system structure. Digital modeling method based on the top-down theory is put forward for valve model- ing. By doing simulation research on valve, digital modeling of valve is established in the environment of SolidWorks and the model display is realized with Actify software. The user can understand the structural characteristics, movement fea- tures and operating characteristics of the valve on the computer. Especially, disassembly and maintenance operations of the device are achieved, which plays an important role in avoiding equipment damage by human error. Therefore, it pro- vides advanced science and technology support for valve industry development.
