摘要
为认真贯彻国家电网公司关于加强班组建设的决策部署,根据模糊三角数、多属性决策理论构建了一套优秀班组评选体系,并基于无需一致性检验方法的G1权重法和模糊有序加权调和平均(FIOWHA)算子理论建立了适用于解决评价体系中涉及多项影响因素、需对定性描述度量化的评价模型,以某电力公司为例,验证了该评选体系的实用性和有效性。
In order to conscientiously implement the arrangements to strengthen grassroots team building in the State Grid, we establish a selection system for outstanding team with triangular fuzzy number and multi-attribute decision theo- ry. Based on G1 weighting method and FIOWHA operator, we also build an evaluation model, which is applicable to solve problems involving a number of impact factors and needing to quantify the qualitative description. Finally, we choose an electric power company for an example, the practicality and effectiveness of the evaluation system is verified.
