高等学校学生管理理念的发展研究——基于对《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的文本分析

The Development Research of the Concept of Student Management in the University——Based on the The regulations of student management in Universities text analysis

2005年《普通高等学校学生管理规定》是在1990年《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的基础上修订而成的。与1990年《规定》相比,2005年《规定》修订幅度较大,在管理理念、法理观念和内容上都出现了较多新变化。2005年《规定》的出台,反映了新时期高等学校与学生在管理和法律法规关系方面的新变化。笔者通过对2005年和1990年两个《规定》文本进行分析,揭示当前我国高等学校管理学生理念的变化,同时对有关高等学校与学生之间将来可能出现的一些重要问题进行了探讨。

2005 common higher school student Management Regulation is revised from that of 1990.Compared with 1990 Management Regulation,2005 Management Regulation changes a lot in its content,legal theory and legislation technique.The coming of New Management Regulation reflects new changes between higher schools and undergraduates in the process of social reform on large scale currently.The disquisition analyses two texts of Management Regulations firstly,then discovers the changes of legal theory in Management Regulations,finally discusses some important issues which might be come in the future.
