摘要
基于融合教育的视角,运用因子分析、回归分析等技术探讨在公办学校就读的流动儿童与教师之间的师生关系及其对流动儿童校园适应的影响。研究发现大部分流动儿童与教师间的师生关系良好,但存在性别和就读年级的差异。师生关系影响流动儿童的教学活动参与、学习适应和同伴关系适应,教师转变态度接纳流动儿童、转变角色构建朋友型师生关系、关注初中后教育需求建立稳固型师生关系都是融合教育中良好师生关系建构的重要内容。
From the perspective of inclusive education this article analyzes the migrant children's teacher-student relation and their school adaptation in the public school based on the factor analysis,regression analysis technology.It finds that most of migrant children and their teacher have good teacher-student relation,but there are genders and grades differences.Teacher-student relationship impacts on migrant children's school adaptation such as the participation of teaching and learning activities,learning adaptation and peer relationships adaptation.To build good teacher-student relation in inclusive education,it is important thing to change the attitude of teachers,become friends and concern about the senior students' education needs.
