摘要 有效教学决策是教师情感与教师理性协调互动的过程。情感作为教师有效教学决策的基础,对决策目标、决策动机、决策思维、决策沟通和决策评价等决策要素具有重要影响。教师掌握并发挥情感的积极作用,提升自身情感修养,是确保教学决策合情合理、实现决策有效性的根本路径。 Effective teaching decision is the process of the interaction between teacher's emotion and reason.As the basis of effective teaching decision,teacher's emotion has profound influence over the key elements of the decision-making,such as objectives,motivation,intellect,communication and evaluation,etc.Therefore,in order to ensure that the teaching decision is reasonable and effectively realized,the teacher should understand and give full play to the positive effects of emotion as well as to enhance the personal cultivation.
