摘要
热挤压6A02-T6铝合金型材出现粗晶环,试验研究在加热炉中加热铸锭的方式、加热温度和保温时间以及淬火加热制度对其粗晶环的影响,确定出合理的工艺参数,控制6A02-T6铝合金XC065型材不出现粗晶环或粗晶环深度在5 mm之内,以满足用户的使用要求。
The coarse-grain ring of 6A02-T6 aluminum alloy profile XC065 occurs during hot extrusion. The effect of ingot heating process, heating temperature and holding time, as well as the quenching system of the profile on coarse-grain ring have been experimented and investigated. Through the experiment and investigation, the reasonable processing parameters have been settled. The coarse-grain ring of 6A02-T6 aluminum alloy profile XC065 can be avoided or the depth of the coarse grain ring can be controlled within 5 mm from the profile surface, which can meet the requirement of customers.
