摘要
本文介绍了几种主要风能估算方法;探讨了它们的机理、实用价值、准确性和可信程度;指出它们对开发风能的作用,方法(8)、(9)、(10)是最适用的,是有发展前途的。
The paper presentes several methods of computing the wind energy. Their mechanism, practical value, accuracy and trust level are explored. The important effects of these methods on developing and using the wind energy are pointed out.Methods(8), (9), (10)are the most applicable and prospective ones.
