摘要
橘子皮中主要含有黄酮、天然色素、果胶等有效成分。综述了橘子皮中黄酮、橘黄素和果胶的生理活性及提取工艺,为进一步开发和充分利用我国丰富的橘子皮资源奠定基础。
There are main active ingredients in citrus peels,such as flavonoids,natural colours,pectin,et al.This paper briefly reviewed the development in extraction technology of these active ingredients,for further development and utilization of the rich resources of citrus peels in our country.
