卷烟品牌合作双方通风率测量系统差异性分析及运用

The differences analysis and use of ventilation rate measurement system of cigarette brand partners

文章为比较在卷烟品牌合作生产过程中,合作双方卷烟通风率指标测量系统的偏倚,将样品进行均匀性检验,合格后以样品分割的方式考察合作双方实验室通风率测量系统的差别。参照格拉布斯(Grubbs)法对组内数据进行异常值检验,运用minitab软件进行量具和线性偏倚分析,结果显示:品牌合作双方通风率测量系统存在偏倚,并求出偏倚的线性回归拟合方程式为y(偏倚)=-1.2673+0.042222x(参考值),根据该方程得出不同测量点的修正值。

In order to compare cigarette ventilation rate indicators measuring system bias in the process of cooperation in the co-pro duction of cigarette brand partners, this paper carries out the sample homogeneity test, the samples split to examine the difference be- tween cooperation laboratory ventilation rate measurement system. The group data tested by Grubbs, the gages and linear bias are ana- lyzied by the minitab software.The result showed that ventilation rate measurement system of cigarette brand partners existed bias,the linear regression equation for y（bias） = -1.2673 ＋0.042222 x（reference value）, and the correction values of different measuring points obtained according to the equation.
