摘要
近几年来,随着造船业在我国的快速兴起,造船龙门起重机的应用越来越广泛。对于跨度大于40 m的龙门吊来说,在实际使用中,由于众多因素的影响,如,大车轨道高低和平行偏差造成运行阻力的不同,行走轮直径的偏差,电动机转速的偏差,刚、柔腿运行一段时间后会产生速度不一致的现象,导致大车啃轨,影响生产,并带来一定的隐患。文章把S7-200系列PLC与增量编码器相结合,通过变频器调速,以解决这些问题。
In recent years, with the rapid rise of shipbuilding industry in our country, shipbuilding gantry crane used more widely. For span more than 40 meters gantry crane , because of the influence of many factors, such as the cart track vertical and parallel deviation caused by different running resistance, walk wheel diameter deviation, motor speed deviation, just, soft legs running after period of time will produce speed inconsistent phenomenon ,leading to cart gnaw rail,bring certain influence and hidden danger in actual use. This article solutions those problems through the combination of S7-200 series PLC and incremental eneoder and controlling speed by con- verter.
