莫西沙星膜离子选择性电极的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以莫西沙星与四苯硼酸根形成的缔合物为电活性物质,研制了一种莫西沙星聚氯乙烯吡咯烷酮膜离子选择性电极,并对其响应性能进行了系统研究。实验表明,该电极fNNemstnN应范围为6.0×10-3-1.5×10-5moL/L,斜率为52.6mV/pC,适用pH范围为2.5~4.0。该电极制作方法简单,响应迅速,重现性好,用于莫西沙星注射液和片剂的测定,平均回收率为99.83%,相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于1.24%。
