摘要
试验首先研究干燥温度,干燥风速和铺料密度对葛根热风干燥特性的影响。然后采用可旋转中心组合设计分析干燥温度,干燥风速和铺料密度对干燥速率,总黄酮的影响,确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明,优化工艺参数为干燥温度63.21℃,干燥风速4.28 m/s,铺料密度3.83 kg/m2。在此干燥条件下,干燥速率为1.885 g/min,总黄酮含量为8.023 mg/100g,综合指标为9.908。
The effects of drying temperature, wind velocity and material density on hot-air drying characteristics ofkudzuvine root were investigated. And the effects of main processing parameters on drying rate and total isoflavanones content of kudzuvine root were studied by the central composite rotatable design. The results showed the optimal parameters are drying temperature 63.21 ℃, wind velocity 4.28 m/s and material density 3.83 kg/m2. Under these drying conditions, the drying rate is 1.885 g/min, the contents of total flavonoids are 8.023 mg/100 g, and the comprehensive index is 9.908.
