摘要
研究了以纸板和海绵作为高锰酸钾处理载体对常温保鲜柑橘品质的影响。结果表明:高锰酸钾处理能明显改善贮藏环境、抑制果实发霉,提高保鲜柑橘的品质,并以纸板垫作为高锰酸钾载体的处理组优于海绵载体。常温条件下贮藏4周后,纸板载体组出O2和CO2浓度分别为9.7%和5.4%,出汁率比对照组提高35.2%,硬度仅下降23.4%,可溶性固形物含量和酸度变化缓和。
Influence of cardboard and sponge as KMnO4 carrier processing on preservation packaging quality of citrus fruit were studied. The results showed that: KMnO4 treatment can significantly improve the preservation environment, inhibition of the fruit moldy and improve the quality of fresh citrus, and cardboard mats as KMnO4 carrier treated better than the sponge carrier. Storage of 4 weeks under normal temperature conditions, the cardboard carrier treated 02 and CO2 concentrations were 9.7% and 5.4%, respectively, a 35.2% increase in juice yield than control treated, the hardness decreased only 23.4%, soluble solids and acidity changed slightly.
