摘要
采用湿式消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对枸杞蜂花粉,向日葵蜂花粉和油菜蜂花粉中的19种金属元素Al,Ba,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Li,Mg,Mn,Na,P,Pb,S,Se,Sr,Zn的含量进行了测定。方法简单,精密度高,重复性好,回收率为93.33%～109.77%,结果可靠。
The content of metal elements Al, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, P, Pb, S, Se, Sr Zn in 3 kinds of honeybee pollen was determined by wet digestion-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrophotometry. It is simple high precision and the recovery ratios in the range of 93.33 %-109.77%.
