摘要
近年来食品安全与营养已成为人们愈来愈关注的问题,荧光光度法是目前食品检测中较为先进的手段,具有简单、快速、安全等特点,在食品中金属元素、维生素、农药残留测定和食用油品质鉴别等方面具有广泛的应用。对荧光光度法在国内食品检测中的应用现状进行了简单的综述。
People have become more and more concerned about food safety and nutrition in recent years. Fluorophotometry is an advanced method in food detection today. And it has many advantages, such as easy, rapid, safe, and so on. It has been widely used in determination of heavy metals, vitamin and pesticide residue in food, as well as cooking oil quality evaluation. Application status of fluorophotometry in national food detection was summarized.
