摘要
本文论述了以4-氯-2-硝基苯腈为原料,在Fecl3及Fe粉催化作用下还原生成2-氨基-4-氯苯甲腈,然后在三乙胺盐酸盐的催化作用下与叠氮化钠反应合成5-氯-2-(1H-四唑-5-基)苯胺的过程,产品结构经IR、1HNMR、MS测定得到认证,含量达到99%,收率75%。
This paper discusses synthesis process of 5-chloro-2(1h-tetrazol-5-yl) aniline.First,the 4-chloro-2-nitrobenzonitrile as raw material,is reduced to generate 2-amino-4-chlorocyanobenzene under the catalysis of the Fecl3 and Fe powder,then react with NaN3 to synthesize the 5-chloro-2(1h-tetrazol-5-yl)aniline under the catalysis of the Triethylamine hydrochloride.The content of title product was 99% proved by IR,1HNMR and MS.The final product was obtained with a yield of 75%.
