高校水利专业英语教学的现状与对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the English for Water Conservancy Teaching in colleges and Universities

随着经济全球化和中国加入WTO,国内外的经济技术交流活动与日俱增,水利事业的发展急需精通专业英语和专业知识的高层次技术人才。通过分析目前水利专业英语的现状,结合水利专业英语的教学目的与要求,总结了课堂教学中实践教训,提出了提高水利专业英语教学的对策,对高校专业英语的教学具有一定的参考价值。

With the economic globalization and China＇s accession to the WTO,domestic and international economic and technical exchange activities grows day by day,the high-level technical personnel who poficient in professional English and professional knowledge are needed for the development of water utilities in urgent.The current situation of English for water conservancy are analyzed,combined with the purposes and requirements of English for Water Conservancy teaching,summed up the classroom teaching practice lessons,and put forward the countermeasures to improve the English for water conservancy teaching,which have the certain reference value for the specialized English teaching in colleges and universities.
