HPLC法测定复方新诺明片含量

Determination of SMZ and TMP in the Tablet of Compound SMZ by HPlC

采用 HPLC 法测定复方新诺明片两组分含量。以0.03mol/L′磷酸(含02%三乙胺)—甲醇(75:25)为流动相,流速1.2ml/min,检测波长254nm。测得平均回收率 SMZ 为98.82%,CV=1.69%;TMP 为101.01%,CV=2.23%。

A HPLC method was developed for the determination ot SMZ and TMP in the tablet of Compound SMZ,using phosphoricacid(0.2% triaminoethane):methanol(75:25)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 254nm.The SMZ' average recovery was 98.82%,CV 1.69 % and the TMP's average recovery was 101.01%.CV 2.23%
