摘要
本文采用薄层扫描法对消癣胶囊中黄连有效成分盐酸小蘖碱含量进行测定。在本文条件下测得的平均回收率97%,RSD 为0.964%,样品中以盐酸小蘖碱含量计不少于0.024%,精密度及重现性良好。
We deteminated the Berberine hydrochloride in XiaoXuan Capsules by TLC-Scanning,the recovery was 97%,RSD 0.964% an the result was 0.024%.
