响应面法优化亚临界流体萃取海带中叶绿素工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of subcritical 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane extraction of chlorophyll from kelp by response surface methedology

摘要 利用响应曲面法对亚临界1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)萃取海带中叶绿素的工艺进行优化。在单因素实验基础上,选择萃取压力、萃取温度、夹带剂用量3个对海带叶绿素含量影响较大的因素,采用Box-Behnken实验设计对各因素进行优化组合。运用DesignExpert8.0.6软件模拟得到叶绿素提取的回归模型,确定亚临界R134a萃取海带叶绿素的最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度37.5℃、萃取压力11.5MPa、夹带剂用量4.5mL/g,在此条件下,萃取液中叶绿素的含量达到3.128mg/g。 Chlorophyll was extracted from kelp by subcritical 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(R134a) and the conditions was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM). Extraction pressure, extraction temperature and the amount of entrainer was selected to optimize by Box-Behnken design depend on single factor investigation. A mathematical model was established by Design Expert 8.0.6 software and the optimal process conditions for extraction were as follows: extraction temperature 37.5 %, extraction pressure 11.5 MPa and extraction entrainer 4.5 mL/g. Under these extraction conditions, the extraction yield was 3.128 mg/g.
