湿法消解火焰原子吸收法测定野果黑天天中微量元素

Determination of microelement in wild fruit black nightshade herb by FAAS

用HNO3-H2O2对样品进行消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定野生果实黑天天中K、Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn6种微量元素。结果表明,在优化的实验工作条件下,对样品中6种微量元素可进行分别测定,互不干扰,方法的相对标准偏差在5%以内,加标回收率为88.4%～102.7%。

Sample was digested with HNO3-H2O2, microelements of K, Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn in Black Nightshade Herb were determined by FAAS, The results showed that six microelements coxisted in Black Nightshade Herb did not interfere with each other under the optimized conditions. The relative standard deviation was 5.0%, and the addition standard recovery was 88.4%-102.7%.
