摘要
作为一种食品添加剂,甜蜜素在食品中的加入量应该是微量的。保证检测结果的准确性的前提条件是需要将样品里的环己氨基磺酸钠在尽可能短的时间里全部提取出来,同时尽可能避免引入会影响测定结果的其他物质。提供了对于果脯和调味面制品等特殊固体样品的一种省时、可靠的环己氨基磺酸钠检测的前处理方法。
As a food additive, the amount of sodium cyclamate in food should be tiny. A prerequisite to ensure the accuracy of test results is to extract all the cyclohexyl amino acid sodium salt in the sample in the shortest possible time, trying to avoid the introduction of other substances that will affect the measurement results. This article provides a time-saving and reliable pre-treatment method of detection of cyclohexyl amino acid sodium salt for the special solid samples like preserves and seasonings flour products.
