县级医院普外科术后切口感染因素分析及预防

Analysing the risk factors of surgical site infections of general surgery and its prevention in county-level hospital

目的:探讨县级医院普外科手术切口感染的危险性因素,并提出相应的预防处理对策,降低医院感染的发生。方法:随机抽取普外科进行手术治疗的1 023例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:1 023例患者中,发生术后切口感染的为41例,感染率为4.01%,手术类型、切口类型、年龄、住院时间及糖尿病史是导致患者发生术后切口感染的危险性因素。结论:对易发生术后切口感染的各种危险因素及时采取相应预防措施,可减少术后切口感染的发生,使患者获得较好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the risk factors of surgical site infections of general surgery and its prevention in county - level hospi- tal,hoping to reduce the hospital infection rate. Method The clinical data of 1023 patients with general surgical diseases from January 2007 to January 2011 were collected and the factors influencing the surgical site infection among these patients were evaluated. Results The oc- currence rate of surgical site infection of the general surgeries was 4. 01% （41/1023）. The comparative study indicated that the risk factors were linked to the type of surgery, type of incision, age, hospital stays and history of diabetes. Conclusion Take effective prophylaxis strate- gy against the risk factors can reduce the incidence of surgical site infections and improve the treatment of general surgery patients.
